Our Policies

We try very hard to get your order to you as fast as possible!  Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order.  

Returns are accepted with a return number only.  Please call us at 712-484-2214 and we will give you a return number.  All returns must be in brand new resaleable condition.  Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless we have made an error with your order, in which case we will pay the return shipping costs.
