Refining Fires Books is run by the Ron Draur Family of rural Carson, IA. We, along with our children, have a love of reading and have found it increasingly difficult to find good Christian biographies, church history, and books on Godly home and family life. We prefer unabridged originals to the reworked modern versions and try to stock them whenever possible. We live on a small acreage, having moved here from Omaha, NE about 11 years ago. We have four daughters and one son ages 14 to 20 that we have had the privilege of Home Schooling for their entire education. We are looking forward to enjoying grandchildren someday! We attend Glory Christian Fellowship Church, in Griswold, IA. When we are not reading, we enjoy spending time together camping, singing, working and playing games.
